Paired with a quantum Iran Man (ir50) spinning reel/ loaded with 10 lb vicious salt water braid hi-vis yellow ! Know problem getting the catfish in the net ! Good strength and good flex on the rod !

He caught a 8.2 lb. channel catfish in upper Clearlake (nice),Ca. ! Handled the catfish with no problem !

The blank is a camo blue/aqua color and the guides are fair quality. I wouldn't return the 2 that I bought, but I wouldn't buy them again.
