I got a M, though I didn't study the size chart too much before buying. After washing and drying, it's perfect except for the length. While the sleeves are perfect on my 5'1" and 120lb frame, the length is borderline too short. I will keep it because I like it, I have to be careful when I sit down. It hits well above the knee. Be careful, and maybe don't machine-dry, only line dry it.

The CON that ruined it is the fit. The top and sleeves were small in proportion to the rest of the garment. It was as if a size small top and sleeves was sewn onto a size large bottom half of the garment.
The garment is not usable by me, and my small sized daughter doesn't care for sleep shirts, so now I am stuck with it, since it isn't worth the cost of return shipping. Guess I will donate it. Beware. -

I am a 6-8 and have sets in small and medium. I ordered this nightshirt in medium, and it seems tight in the arms and chest, like a junior-sized item. Still comfortable, though. Mid-thigh length on me, at 5'7". The fabric quality is great and the print is obviously adorable. Overall a keeper, just seems a little off in the sizing.
