Tardini Handwaxed Crocodile Belt - Silver Buckle (For Men)

The reviews are fairly outstanding on this belt. However, I frankly wasn't impressed with it. I had purchased the Remington 1816 alligator belt and was really impressed with that one...it was thick, it looked like quality, and there was really good definition on the alligator. Unfortunately, it was too small for me (I ordered a 36 as it was the only one close to my waist size of 35...and it was way too short.) Since STP was out of stock on the other sizes, I ordered this one. Being that I've had a bad run of size 38 belts (especially dress belts) that are overall too short, I went up to the size 40. This is the first belt I've ordered that's simply too large for me (as it technically should be...but I'm finding belts to be very difficult to dependably size!) Anyway, I could have safely ordered a size 38 for my 35 inch waist. My other concern with this belt is that it just felt cheap. I know others have other ideas about it, but compared to the Remington one, they were worlds apart in quality. even the Tardini lizard belt was better quality, in my opinion (and in that case, the size 40 belt fit just fine...strange...) Anyway, two takeaways for this belt...first, it's long (probably close to actually the "right" sizing as a belt, to be honest) and second, I wasn't impressed with the quality. The latter is probably just my opinion, so take it for what it's worth...

Sensational buy at this price. I live in Louisiana where alligator belts generally sell for three times this amount, but at nowhere

near this quality. I am looking forward to wearing this for a very long time.

This is the real deal! Great looking belt with that handcrafted appearance. I would highly recommend this belt to anyone.
