4.0 out of 5 stars. Great GlovesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Atlanta (used in Seattle) on Saturday, August 29, 2015Used this on a recent trip to Mt. Rainier. Definitely keeps your hands warm and also provided good grip for handling rope. Only reason I didn't do 5 starts is because the leather is rigid and will require some time to break in, so they were a little stiff on my first outing. That said, I can't wait for these to break in completely as I think they will be my go to gloves for winter and mountain sports.

4.0 out of 5 stars. love the outdryVerified Buyer Reviewed by Boot Guy from Iowa on Monday, August 24, 2015As noted in other reviews, these gloves have a stiffness to the pre-curve (i.e.. you have to exert some force to move your hand from the pre-curve position to an open/flat position). It is August, so I have not worn the gloves other than to try them on. I am keeping them in hopes that they stretch out/loosen up over time. To me it is worth it because I Love MH's OutDry waterproofing. In my opinion, it is soooo much better than Gortex. These gloves are very similar to the MH Work gloves that I paid $120 for, four years ago and they have been worth every penny.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Dexterous and Surprisingly WarmReviewed by Ike from NY from NYC on Monday, February 2, 2015I've been wearing these gloves for most of winter 2014-2015. The Seraction Gloves have been surprisingly warm for their weight. I've worn them down to around 20F so far without getting cold of fingers unless I'm stationary for prolonged periods of time. I was find belaying in them at 30F.
Completely waterproof and windproof (OutDry is a wonderful waterproofing tech in my experience so far)
Finger and wrist loops are well implemented. Construction seems to be very good. Tough and dependable.
The minor downside is that they are not the most comfortable glove (a tradeoff of being highly functional).
The leather is not as supple as Pittards for example. It's not a hindrance or uncomfortable per say, as I can still rack biners and draws or tie figure 8's and clove hitches without any issues, but I do feel a bit of resistance or stretch in the knuckles. Mine seems to be "broken" in in all the right places now, while retaining their rigidity in the places I would prefer not to be so supple.
-1 star due to the leather and insulation feeling a little less supple on the hands than it could (not a big deal at all for a climber). Very happy with the gloves thus far. -
1.0 out of 5 stars. I really wanted to love theseReviewed by Anonymous from Wasilla AK on Wednesday, January 21, 2015I'm a mountain hardwear nut. Most of their things are fantastic. These are really short fingered and extremely stiff. The documentation from MH claims extreme dexterity... Hardly. Honestly it wares your hand out just trying to make a fist. I am saddened to have to return them.
