Dansko Viv Coated Canvas Clogs (For Women)

I bought my first pair in November and now have four pairs. They are the best! If you have planter fasciitis and are on your feet for extended periods of time, these are the shoes for you. Unbelievable support and comfort!

I ordered these because I loved the cloth Dansko sneaker style clog that I bought last year. I actually expected these to be cloth also. Instead, they are a stiff vinyl and rather shiny. When I first put them on, I was really put off by their strong resemblance to Crocs. Not very attractive. But I am still won over by the comfortable footbed and raised heel. I'm hoping that the rather large rolled edge on the back of the achilles tendon area doesn't start to hurt after wearing for a few hours. Remains to be seen. I can see wearing these with some of the new floral print ankle length jeans but because they are white, big toed and shiny, in anything else like shorts or capris, they will probably make your feet look huge. It crossed my mind to send them back because of the material and Croc-ness, but they were on sale with a discount coupon and free shipping so I'll find a spot in my summer shoe rack for them.

I absolutely love these shoes! I am in the medical profession and am on my feet almost 8 hours a day. I am very flat footed and have pain in my heels and shoes always end up hurting my heels, but not these. Had to get used to the clog, with the sliding off my heels, but I love them. Will definitely buy them again. My ONLY complaint is my feet sweet a lot in these shoes and it turned them yellow, but my scrub pants cover the shoe so you don't notice it. Great shoes for the money!!! Will definitely buy more Dansko in the future!

I wasn't sure of these when I ordered them but figured it was worth the risk because the price was right. I am so glad I took the risk. ...they are pretty and very comfortable.
