When they arrived they were all things I thought they would be. Soft leather, roomy toe, true to size fit. But the strap that went across the foot was too short. It never reached the other side of the Velcro when my foot was in the shoe. It touched, but when I moved my foot it came off. I considered this a defect in the manufacturing of this shoe. What a shame.
I did read anther's review who had experienced the same thing, but decided to ignore it and hope her experience was a fluke. Sadly, it was not. -

One problem is the strap is a slight too short. If you cross your ankles, it can come undone but easy to fix. -

The foot bed was not as cushioned as I need due to a foot problem. Too bad cause I would have loved them. If you have a normal foot by all means step out in style and comfort.

But one strap was 0.5" shorter than the other and would not stay closed (Velcroed). STP, with their excellent customer service, took them back.
