A simple headband can be a surprisingly easy way to help control body temperature when exercising in cold conditions. Nothing special; it just does its job at a very reasonable cost.

I have short hair but I can actually tuck my hair in with these and not have it standing up every which way when I take it off. I like to keep one of these tucked in all of the jackets/coats so if we get out and find out it is colder than we thought it would be, we have this backup available. There thick and sturdy without being stiff.
