I was a little apprehensive ordering online without touching and feeling. Because it was shipped by truck it took awhile to receive, but it was worth the wait. I was very pleased with the quality. There's no doubt in my mind that this will last many years. The lower cushion is firm, but overall comfortable for me to sit in. Assembly took a little time, but wasn't to complicated. My adult daughter put 2 of the chairs together.
