My current fleece pants are pull ons and I use them skiing with snow pants over them. Access through three layers (base layer, fleece pants and snow pants) is challenging. Unfortunately these were too high waisted to be comfortable. I'm 5:9", 220, and my waist is pretty low, so the XLs might work for others.
