5.0 out of 5 stars. My favorite shortsReviewed by ChriK from Washington, D.C. on Friday, July 31, 2015These are very high quality and supremely comfortable. Worth the price. Size down if in doubt. I am 6' and 150lb and got the 30 which was swimming on me, the 29 fit much better and is still loose. (I can be anywhere from an 8 to a 12 in commercial clothes. In IB I usually get a L for bottoms). I am very picky about shorts and pants as they rarely seem to fit me AND be comfortable/flattering. In addition the fabric is wonderful: soft, lightweight (not bulky), not see through, not clingy, and yet sturdy. A nice aspect of the design is the drawstring for any slight weight variations. I have worn these in DC when 100 and they are perfect. In fact I have worn them most of the summer. These wash very well and come out like new thanks to the wool content (hang dry). I was worried about the back pockets puffing out after the wash, but they look as they did when out of the package. No shrinking (I kept the 30's just in case but will return). I appreciate the placement of the pockets and the seaming details with all seams nicely finished including those on the inside. Very pleased, and thinking of a second pair. I love IB items, and Sierra TP is the best for the $!
