5.0 out of 5 stars. Great Compression SocksVerified Buyer Reviewed by bcsculptor from Indiana on Wednesday, December 16, 2015Smartwool Graduated Compression Socks are simply the best. They are comfortable once you get them on (a minor challenge to get them on), and they provide excellent, comfortable support. The best, in my opinion. Excellent quality as always from Smartwool, and excellent STP savings. A very good value.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Multi-purpose/great valueVerified Buyer Reviewed by Ski Bum from Dallas on Wednesday, November 25, 2015Took on trip to Marrowstone Island in Puget Sound. Worked well on long plane ride to get there but also for hiking through state park and under slacks for dinner.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Excellent socksVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Seattle on Saturday, November 14, 2015Comfortable and well-made, with a slight cushion on the heel. Not terribly hard to put on, with light compression. Nice for men or women. Compression socks make a huge difference in how my feet and legs feel at the end of the day. You will love these!

5.0 out of 5 stars. Professional and functionalVerified Buyer Reviewed by mountainforestgirl from Pleasanton, CA on Thursday, November 12, 2015Bought these for my husband who is on his feet all day. He stands still for hours at a time and found the support of these socks to be helpful. He also liked that when he is walking, these socks stay up. They are also solid black with no stripes, so they look very professional. Smart Wool quality at an STP price!

5.0 out of 5 stars. Very Good SocksVerified Buyer Reviewed by Colorado Runner from Colorado on Wednesday, November 4, 2015These offer a good combination of graduated support with ease of putting-on. My legs feel good all day. I only wear graduated support socks these days and I never have swollen feet and ankles anymore. I regularly recommend these to family, friends and patients to relieve varicose vein discomfort and to reduce end-of-day swollen feet.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Very pleasedReviewed by Jennie the Princess Camper from SF Bay Area, CA on Friday, June 12, 2015A friend recommended these for wearing after a run, so I snagged a good coupon and ordered them.
They are up to SmartWool's quality standards--soft, comfortable. Hard to put on, but I'm guessing all compression socks are. They're pretty snug on my sizeable calves--but comfortable enough to sleep in . They go up to within inches of my knees, so I'd say they are truly over-the-calf.
They do the job; my ankles no longer swell after a run. I'd buy again! -
3.0 out of 5 stars. Undersized; snags after 1st wearingVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from California (for the moment) on Friday, March 27, 2015Mine were '2nds' so may explain the poor fit versus the same size purchased previously. I had purchase these for my dad, but he was unable to wear them as they were too small to get over his toes (although this same size previously fit and his measurements (edema) have not changed) -- so I wore them as regular socks.
However, the worst thing about them was that they snagged and had loose threads after the first time they were worn. No noticeable defects to make them '2nds' except that the defects must have been there as the socks were filled with snags and only got worse after multiple wearings.
The price is excellent and the snags aren't a deal breaker, but not fitting defeats the purpose. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. smart wool compression socksVerified Buyer Reviewed by AJ from MN on Tuesday, March 17, 2015Comfortable and give good compression. IMO they are a good weight for tennis shoes or light hiking boots . Heavy enough but not bulky. In a year I will know how tough they are
