5.0 out of 5 stars. Beautiful shoes

I got these shoes a half size larger based on other reviews and they fit fine. The colors are beautiful. I was worried they would look like nurses shoes but they are surprisingly pretty.

There isn't much cushion or arch support but inserts should fit by sizing up.

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Adorable but runs small AND narrow

I ordered these in my usual size and could barely get my sockless foot in them. I loved the style so much, though, that I decided to try again, a full size larger. That did the trick. I might have been OK 1/2 size up if I'd only wanted to wear them barefoot or with sheer trouser socks, but a full size up still works barefoot AND I can wear cotton crew socks or wool ones. These shoes are also quite narrow--you'll have to pass if your foot runs wide. As for comfort, the original pair seemed quite hard, but the larger ones feel a bit more cushioned in the insole--not a lot, but a bit. As a bonus, the two-tone style makes my foot look small.

These are adorable and will make your feet look small--but be warned. I ordered them in my usual size (9) and could barely get my foot in them. I may try 1/2 size up and see how that works. They also seem quite narrow. For the record, I tried them on with a cotton crew sock. Two other fit/feel issues: if you have a high arch, you may find these too tight across the instep; and there is *no* cushioning or arch support in the footbed.
