1.0 out of 5 stars. I gave it awayReviewed by Anonymous from NM on Friday, November 21, 2014This yoga block says nothing about being from Gaiam on the packaging. It says aspire like on the image. That aside this like the other person said this block is a little on the small size. It is narrow. I have a pair of Gaiam yoga blocks and they are wider than this one. I would only feel comfortable using it flat because it is wobbly. I did not want to return it because it was not worth the return restocking price. I found it unusable and gave it to a friend who has no blocks.

4.0 out of 5 stars. A little undersizedVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Atlanta, GA on Thursday, November 20, 2014This block is a little under sized. Other than that it's a good yoga block. Because of it's size I'd say it's better suited for someone who has some yoga/block experience. I'd recommend a full size block for a beginner.
