So far ExOfficio shirts seem to have the most consistently long-sleeves of any men's shirts my husband has tried on. He always has a hard time with this and so usually just wears short sleeves. We bought three ExOfficio shirts, all of which were nice and long in the sleeve out of the box, but shrunk as soon as I washed them- and I washed in cold water and dried on delicate low-heat :-(. On a positive note, barring the sleeves issue, the shirt looks really nice on and the color is attractive and natural-looking. My husband said he'd wear them with the sleeves rolled up. Typical solution- but it would have been nice if he could wear it normally.

The snaps work great and are easy to use and the two deep front pockets are very useful. The fabric is a lightweight Bedford cord, very comfortable, but not a winter shirt. Why only four stars? When machine washed and dried the shirt is ready to wear with one exception, the front placket folds over. I hate to iron, so just put up with it looking sloppy, but if it wasn't for that flaw the shirt would be darn near perfect.

Each one was true to size - the 2XL was spot-on. And they come out of the dryer beautifully. Awesome STP buys!
