Deuter designed this for comfort and ease of use, and it didn't disappoint me whatsoever. The capacity is perfect for a full day out, a "get home bag" for the trunk of the car, or a warmer weather overnight outing if you're traveling light. The top and back load options make it easy to pack and to find things you have buried down deep in it. The straps are all in the right spots, and the frame and materials are top quality. It's extremely comfortable to wear and once you tighten it up after packing, it sits on your back and you hardly know it's there.
