It's quite comfy and warm, and the thumb holes are great. However, the material on the shoulders and hood do make a considerable amount of noise during movement (compared to a hoodie that does not use this secondary material), which is annoying. I also found the hand pockets do not have zippers for securing items left in them, which many hoodies do have, as well, they are sewn such that any items placed in them can easily fall out.
So not exactly what I was looking for, but my biggest complaint is the noise it makes. I'll keep it, as it is warm and comfy, but my search for the "perfect" replacement hoodie continues. -

As the other review said, the shoulders do make a bit of noise due to the fabric, but I don't find it bothersome. I'm 5'10" and 170 lbs, and the medium is a good fit.

You can't move without hearing it. Bummer, because otherwise it is an excellent jacket. 5'10" 160lbs, athletic build and the Medium fits me perfectly. It is a great cut, and very nice fabric. I would keep it if I needed it for hiking, but I got it for kicking around, and the noise is leading me to return.
