Flattering button-down, a little see-throughReviewed by AP from Maryland on Saturday, October 27, 2018**UK sizes are about 2 sizes smaller than US sizes, so UK 8 = US 4, UK 10 = US 6, etc.** I'm 5'3", 133, 36C. I tend to size up b/c I don't like fabric pulling across my chest or flashing everyone through the gaps btwn the buttons. Depending on the cut, I usu wear a M, 8-10 (or L if I want a loose fit). I got a 14 in the white-- it's a tiny bit loose, but looks great and I wouldn't want to go smaller. The darts on the bust help it look tailored, not baggy. There is a subtle tan/maroon plaid on the interior of the collar and cuffs, and the buttons on the cuffs are a dark, antiqued brass color (in contrast to the white buttons on the placket). Barbour is a British company that has been around a LONG time and makes quality, classic clothes. Since it is pure cotton, I don't yet know how it will wash & wear, and my eternal search for a not-see-through shirt continues as it is a bit sheer. Overall, an excellent, simple button-down at a great STP price.
