Its very thin and tends to cling. If you are wondering about which size you need, I'd go with the bigger of the sizes you are considering. I bought both XL and L and after trying on the XL, knew that the L would be smaller than I wanted.
The arms are nice and long and not too baggy! My wife said she really liked it on me too.
I got the green and it seems the same or a little darker than the pic shown. -

Sometimes heavy shirts are too much when you end up in a warm room. Nothing too exciting about this shirt, it's pretty simple and very comfortable. The unfortunate thing about is is it runs small. I'm 5' 8" 150 pounds and I wear a small in most brands including Royal Robbins however this shirt was way too tight around the chest so I returned it. The sleeve length and everything else was consistent with all of their other size small clothing.
