It has a lot of fullness, not tight or clingy at all. Not really a gored or gathered skirt, hard to say really. The pockets add some interest. The color is like a faded/stonewash black and the stitching is very large and ivory. So, the colors are ivory and off-black, meaning the skirt doesn't go with white or black. Nice easy fit with the elastic waist.
