I found the knit both scratchy and shiny-looking, like cheap polyester. I wear a 12 and ordered the XL (12-14) and it swam on me. I could see it working in theory, if the fit were close like the photo, but with that icky knit I cannot recommend the vest.

The wool is lovely and soft, and it really is a cozy layer. I also like that the length is good with leggings, it makes the top layer look more finished.

This is very lightweight and makes a blouse and pair of pants into an outfit. I was concerned about the bottom part, which is an open weave, would catch on things and pull and I do have one place that has happened. One thing I like about the vest is you can wear a longer shirt and the open weave section allows the color to show through.

This has a fabulous pattern and is thin enough to wear indoors yet substantial enough to not feel flimsy. The fit is close but not tight. Win!
