The last 300 ct sheets I bought were thicker, but they seemed to wrinkle much more. These are perfect for a hot climate, and the don't wrinkle overmuch. The size is adequate. I seem to have trouble finding sheets with a wide enough flat sheet. These are OK, although I wouldn't mind another inch or 2 in width. The light blue color is beautiful.

The fitted sheet goes over an 11" mattress easily, with a better elastic than my previous sheets. The old ones were the same size, but the elastic was too tight. These are just right! Refreshing colors, too (minty green and gentle lavender).
