It is definitely full coverage; I am a 36D and I don't have any overspill in the front or on the sides which is great! However, the lace is not smooth and can be seen under a shirt and shirt/camisole. Since it is full coverage, the sides (like under the armpit) come up fairly high and my arms rubbed on the "lace" which hurt.
