Fit seemed true to size and consistent in both shirts. I got the tall sizes- probably 1 1/2" longer in the tail (just estimating). I've worn them each once. They are not wrinkle-free (nor do they claim to be) but they iron well and stay pretty crisp. Material is thin and lightweight. Overall, I'm very pleased.

But "Wrinkle Resistant" it is not. It will require ironing just like most every 100% cotton shirts. (Unless you want it to look like you slept in it).
