Turns out it was true to size, so I had to exchange it. Very nice shoe, with good construction and stitching. This will probably be my go to casual wear boot for an evening out. I am not sure I would wear this boot for long extended walks/hours as it might become uncomfortable. To me the padding is better in the heel than in the forefoot area.
