Not a lot of call for boots in FL unless you ride, but for those of us who like them - this is an excellent answer. I'm not generally comfortable in heels this high, but these seem to be balanced extremely well. The laser cutouts are not overdone and dress them up just the right amount. For me, these are more suitable with jeans or slacks, but they work just fine with the denim skirt, too. Am a B width always and they fit snugly, but not uncomfortably at all. If you are an A width, you might find that these would work for you with socks.
