5.0 out of 5 stars. Good boots, good price

Previously had a pair of Zamberlan's that lasted ~ 10 years and were exceedingly comfortable.
Haven't broken these in yet, so don't know about comfort.
They are a high quality product---good workmanship.
Run very large. I normally wear a 10 - 10 1/2 and ended up needing a 9.

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Great boot. Light weight and comfortable.

    Great price, too.
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Well Made Boots

These seem like well made boots with quality materials. I have only put five miles on them so far, but they've stretched a bit and broken in already. I normally wear a US size 12, but ordered these in a US size 11.5, or EU size 45. Previous reviewers suggested that the boots run large, and I would agree. The boots had a very narrow toe box and were tight in the ball initially, but have since stretched out and are more comfortable. They've proven to be waterproof so far, time will tell if the waterproof qualities hold up, but I've had good luck with Gore-Tex liners in the past and see no reason to suspect that these will leak in the future.

This is the first pair of Zamberlan boots I have owned. They seem very well made. I have not had them very long but they seem very supportive and are comfortable. Great price from STP also!
  • 3.0 out of 5 stars. Not typical Zamberlan

Huge wide toe box. Constructed like a running shoe and not a boot. I was disappointed as Zamberlan is usually really fine goods.

About Zamberlan

This brand’s tradition of manufacturing top-quality hiking boots actually dates back more than 85 years, when Giuseppe Zamberlan founded the company in Italy, (and it remains a family-owned business today). The history of Zamberlan boots and Vibram® outsoles are also intertwined. When Giuseppe Zamberlan and Vitali Bramani jointly developed the now-famous Vibram® all-terrain outsoles, Zamberlan hiking boots were among the first in the world to feature them. Today, Vibram® soles are standard on every pair of Zamberlan hiking boots. Other technology you’ll frequently find includes Gore-Tex® waterproof breathable inserts, Flex-STM technology for outstanding lateral support, Z-Tec anatomic lasts and many more. If you demand the absolute best, consider choosing a pair of hiking boots or mountaineering boots from Zamberlan. You won’t be disappointed.
