While they probably stocked up on denim, I'm sure they'll be saved for special occasions at elevated prices. This is one of the last chances to get US made denim at an affordable price.
As for the jeans themselves, they're pretty typical jeans. They're a dark wash with contrast stitching. They are not selvedge like the description states, but they are 100% cotton and not a stretch fabric. Only gripe I have with these are the fit. They don't have as large of a taper below the knee as other 541s I owned the in past, but that seems to be a general change Levi's has made recently and not limited to this pair.
Anyway, at the closeout price offered here, this is a no-brainer. Buy buy buy,
