Description: Oversees all help desk functions to ensure quality support is provided to all Sierra end users. Supervises help desk I and II employees. Provides level II support to end users. Responsible for tracking software licensing and server backups. Assists the Network Administrator as needed to maintain servers, routers, switches and other devices on the network.

Requirements:

  • Experience with F5 load balancers, MS SQL, Extreme Network switches, Cisco network devices, Cisco VOIP systems and Symbol Scanners are a plus.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be a “team player” which includes sharing knowledge with other employees.
  • Certificate: Microsoft and Cisco certifications are beneficial
  • Education: Prefer degree in Computer Science, IT or Business Administration with computer emphasis or comparable work experience.
