    • In the event of a store closure due to COVID-19, merchandise purchased in-store can be returned to the closed Sierra store within 30 days after the store reopens, or any other open Sierra store within 30 days of purchase.
    • Our return policies are always subject to local, state and federal restrictions. Due to COVID-19, some jurisdictions prohibit the return of certain products. Please check the governmental restrictions in your area to know whether any particular products are prohibited from being returned in stores or online.

    Returns By Mail:

    • You may return Merchandise purchased online to any open Sierra store within 40 days of your order date.

    • Sierra is currently offering curbside pickup for “Ship to Store” orders at certain locations. To take advantage of this option, when placing your order online, simply select “Free Ship to Store” as your shipping option, and then select one of the following stores for free, curbside pickup:

      • Fort Collins and South Denver, CO
      • Framingham, MA
      • Portland, OR
      • Cheyenne, WY
      • Cottonwood Heights, UT

      Picking up your order:

      • Upon arrival to the store, park in a designated curbside pickup parking spot.
      • Call the Store phone number provided on your confirmation email and press option “4” to speak to an Associate.
      • Provide first and last name so the Associate can your verify order before bringing it to your vehicle.

        Is my order eligible for Curbside Pickup? Which stores allow curbside pickup?

        Curbside pickup is currently available for “Ship to Store” orders at certain store locations: Fort Collins and South Denver, CO; Framingham, MA; Portland, OR; Cheyenne, WY and Cottonwood Heights, UT.

        How will I know when my order is ready for curbside pickup at a store?

        After placing an online “Ship to Store” order, you will receive an email confirmation when your items are ready for pickup. If your selected store has curbside pickup as an option, the email will contain instructions for curbside pickup.

        How long does it typically take for my order to arrive at my selected store?

        “Ship to Store” orders usually arrive at the selected store in 7-10 days, however, due to the impact of COVID-19, there may be a delay in the shipping of some orders.

        Can I cancel or change my online order after it has been placed?

        If the order has not yet shipped to your selected store, it may be possible to adjust the order. Contact customer service at 1-800-713-4534 as soon as you can. We cannot guarantee that the order may be changed. Please note: If you change your order to something other than in-store pickup, regular shipping costs will apply and you will be charged.

        What should I do when I arrive at the store for Curbside Pickup?

        When you arrive at the store location where your order was shipped, park in one of the designated “Curbside Pickup” parking spots. Then, call the store phone number provided in your confirmation email and press option 4 to speak to an Associate. An Associate will ask for your first and last name to verify your order and confirm your parking location before bringing the item(s) to your car. In the interest of health and wellness, we ask that you please open the trunk/rear door of your car for a socially distanced/contactless drop off.

        Is there designated parking for Curbside Pickup?

        There is designated parking for customers with curbside pickup orders. Please look for the signs indicating the parking spots that have been reserved for customers who are using curbside pickup. Please do not pull up to the front of the store or park in fire lanes or other unauthorized parking areas.

        Will the Associate need to see my order confirmation or ID after bringing out my order?

        An Associate will verify your order using your first and last name to ensure contactless drop-off at your vehicle. You may want to reference your “order arrived” email to confirm the order is correct but you should not need to provide it to the Associate.

        Can someone else pick up my order for me?

        Someone else may pick up your order for you. When they arrive, they should call the store number provided in your confirmation email and press 4 to speak with an Associate. They will then provide the Associate with the first and last name of the person who placed the order and will need a copy of the “order arrived” email.

        Is curbside pickup contactless?

        Curbside pickup at Sierra is contactless. In the interest of health and wellness, we ask that you please open the trunk/rear door of your car for a socially distanced/contactless drop off.

        Is there a fee for this service?

        There is no delivery fee for Ship to Store orders, whether you pick up in-store or use curbside pickup.

        Are there special hours for curbside pickup?

        Curbside pickup is available during our regular store hours. Please check the Store Locations page for the current hours of your selected store location.
