Nice rich brown color and tailored nicely to give some shape but cut rather small. I am normally a medium in everything and not only could I not put any kind of layer beneath, but it was tight across the bust (I may be larger than average but it's not usually a problem in jackets). So, unfortunately I sent it back. Will keep looking.

Well-made, thoughtful construction, designer detailing ~ it truly feels luxurious to wear! I was hoping for a 'dressier' color, and the purple color fits the bill wonderfully! Some of the reviews complained about the fit through the hips being too large: I am a petite gal coming in at 5'2", #105 and I think it fits wonderfully! I wouldn't want the hips any different or you would have to very strategically plan your wardrobe just to fit underneath it. Coat moves well with you.
Only gave it 4 stars simply because the WI winter hasn't fully hit yet, so I can't vouch 100% for it's warmth factor...very hopeful though! -

I wear a medium in shirts and jackets and the medium fits well overall. The bust area is a little tight so it "smashes" a little when fully zipped, but it's not a big deal.
