Temp at start for the 5K was about 39 degrees. She said they were very warm but breathed well enough when she got going to not overheat. Very comfortable also. She really likes the big pocket but wishes the zippered opening were a little larger. All in all, a great running tight and she definitely recommends it.

The features are great - crotch gusset, reflective strips, ankle zips. The rear pocket runs from almost the side seam, to the back seam, so you could fit a gel and a key in there easily.
5'4", 132 pounds, waist 29 hip 40, size medium fits just right. I had hoped the fabric would be a bit beefier, but these will be ok.
