I bought the Minewt to replace another, more expensive light that I bought from STP last year but which has developed problems with its cables and connectors and which now turns off randomly while I ride. I had sworn off buying another Niterider unit after poor experience with them a decade or so again but I like this Minewt; it's very small but still gives off good light, not as much as my main light but better than I expected from such a small fixture at this price. I'm giving it 4 rather than 5 stars because I've only had it a month and learned not to judge bike lights so quickly.
