5.0 out of 5 stars. Got 4!Reviewed by El Barracuda from Vegas and Vallarta on Wednesday, October 11, 2017These are my go to jackets when the weather gets a little windy or chili or I just want something over a base layer or shirt. I have different colors for whatever I’m wearing and I really don’t ever want to be without quick access to one of my Ferrosi jackets. Make sure you get one with the hood. They’re better. It’s the best jacket I own and it’s the most versatile one and it’s also the most cool. The quick dry and they wear very lightly and comfortably and fit perfectly as expected. A+ all the way

5.0 out of 5 stars. Best Everyday JacketVerified Buyer Reviewed by OogerKabooger from Seattle on Monday, November 30, 2015Of the Ferrosi line, I have 3 hooded jackets (Black, Mushroom, now Red), one jacket (Black), and 3 wind shirts (Blue, Black, Mushroom). I wear all of them at some point in the week- as a layer when playing outdoors, as a single jacket in warm weather, and as part of my casual work attire with jeans or khakis all year around.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great light jacketReviewed by mike3333 from Flatlands, until the plane ticket is bought on Friday, June 5, 2015Awesome. Light and stretchy for climbing or other activities. Breathes great. Would want something with better weather resistance if going for a big objective in the mountains.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Love this jacket!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Aspen Colorado Mom from Aspen, CO on Thursday, April 23, 2015I love Outdoor Research products anyway, but this jacket is amazing and the color is very rich and not too bright. You can't go wrong with this jacket! The XL fit nicely. Definitely long enough even for tall men including the sleeves. Very well made! Price was amazing!

4.0 out of 5 stars. Nice light weight soft shellVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Alaska on Wednesday, April 22, 2015Bought this for a trip to Arizona in April. The mornings were in the mid 50's and this jacket was perfect for sitting outside drinking my coffee. Nice stretch fabric if you want to go for a hike. Gives some wind & rain resistance in a pinch. Would work well under a rain coat or hard shell in a down pour for extra warmth.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Fast'n lightVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Denver on Monday, April 6, 2015My go-to outer layer on the 14ers. I'm using this spring/fall/winter even due to it's wind/sprinkle resistance and durable material.
*con: XXL fits long on me. Sleeves and arms. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Great spring jacket but consider sizing upReviewed by Partizan from Boston, MA on Tuesday, March 10, 2015This is a great spring jacket. Very light weight and breathable. Perfect for hiking, even day use. However feels little smaller than regular OR sizing. I'm 6'4" 240lbs with 46L suit size. I own OR Inertia jacket in XL size that fits perfectly. For this jacket I had to go one size up and get 2XL. Sleeves are good length for my 36-37 regular shirt size.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great Soft ShellVerified Buyer Reviewed by Adam from Rocky Mountain National Park on Monday, March 9, 2015Awesome jacket it breaths very well and blocks a good amount of wind. I used it as a mid-layer as well, and was pleased. While building snow caves the group got very wet but the Ferrosi dried almost instantly while many others were still wet. Overall, highly recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Fantastic lightweight hiking jacket and windproof layer.Verified Buyer Reviewed by Tim H. from West Virginia on Wednesday, February 25, 2015I purchased the Ferrosi hoody last month because I was looking for a lightweight, highly packable windproof jacket for trail runs and fast hikes. The color and the material are top notch. It has the perfect amount of stretch and protection. I recently got to use it as midlayer piece on a ski trip to Telluride. It was a warm day down low but cold on the peaks. It really cut the chill at 12,000 feet and did not overheat when I worked my way down the mountain. Overall, this one of my favorite purchases from STP. It's so compact and versatile that I carry it in my backpack at all times now.
