Another review said the arms were snug, but that is not my experience. I'm 6'2, 200 lbs and I bought the large. While I haven't layered under the jacket, it does seem that it would allow a shirt and fleece to be worn underneath.

But the sleeves were snug and I have fairly thin arms. Coupled with the soft brushed interior, I could hardly get the jacket on over s long sleeve shirt without the shirt sleeves getting pushed up my arms.
