I think this is tasty, and whenever other people I'm camping with have tried this meal, they've liked it. I think there is flavor beyond the spice, and I like the large mix of veggies--something that I find is often lacking in freeze-dried meals. Portion is big enough to be a nice big meal for a small person. I do find it is lacking in protein as a vegetarian meal, but I'm usually eating a lot of protein bars and such to make up for it.
