It's ok for shorter runs but I prefer a hand carrier because I've never had a hydration belt that didn't shift. This one has the usual high quality Salomon costruction but realize that your car keys will fit in the pocket but not your phone. it's best use is when you want to bring a water bottle along on a leisurely hike. For that use, at $15, it's well worth it.

    I ordered it and returned it. I am training for a marathon and wanted a hydration waist belt for long runs. I tried it on and did a practice run, I felt it shift off my waist. My smartphone did not fit in the pocket. Not a good product for long runs.
