The sleeve length is good and the fit is good otherwise, but I'm going to try the medium to see if I can get more freedom for extending my arms and wearing a heavier top underneath. Full disclosure: I do have slightly long arms for my height! I like the swing-sort of style to it and got the khaki color so I have something neutral to go with all my different colored pants.
