I ordered (and received) an XL, and although this tank has stretch, I’d consider this a larger Medium, or a smaller Large. It seems to be very well made - it didn’t fall apart when I put it on - but my XL-wearing self has to lose a good 20 lbs before this will look decent on me. For now, it looks like an extremely tight swim top.
