The vibrant green colors and the brilliant red on the fish make it the perfect attention piece. I find that I can wear this to any event. It goes perfect when fly fishing for bass at the local pond...or at the annual department black tie affair. The "tether system" keeps the hat "on my head" during the inevitable altercations with co-workers who take offense at my humor. I actually bought 7 of these as this allows me to always have a clean and dry hat in the event of a drink being poured on my head. The "one size fits all" is expected of course.
Funny, the fish actually looks like a couple of the nurses with whom I work.... -

My hat size is 7 & 7/8, and I long ago discovered that the "one size fits most" claim is typically false in my case. Either that, or I have never been among the "most". This hat fits easily. It is well made. The production values were good. As I have yet to wear it on an extremely windy day, I haven't yet put the functionality of the tether to the test, but it seems to be a good design. For the moment, when not in use, it doesn't get in the way.
