3.0 out of 5 stars. Had so much potentialReviewed by Autumnson Adventure Co. from PNW on Tuesday, February 2, 2021I was really looking forward to getting this jacket but once it came I couldn't stop the disappointment.
Firstly, both the insulation and flannel are thin. The pictures make this look like it could keep you warm into the low 30s but this is more of a chilly spring/summer night kind of jacket. It definitely wouldn't hold its own in winter.
Secondly, the fit was just...large. I got a medium and the jacket swallowed me whole. The sleeves were long and the body fit loosely - a thick American Giant crewneck underneath still left room in the body. I'm a stocky 180# so I was expecting a much smaller fitting jacket.
Thirdly, the jacket doesn't have any hand pockets on the insulated side. Only the flannel side. It's a minor inconvenience, sure, but when wearing it, it feels like a major oversight.
