Most Helpful 4-Star Review

4.0 out of 5 stars. It's large

We set this up in the yard to check for damage and parts. Everything passed. It will be hitting the road in a few weeks.
It does not come with a footprint so we used a plastic tarp. There's a very basic, too basic, instruction sheet but tent veterans won't need it. Each pole section is the color of the sleeve it passes through. Insert each end in the grommet with matching strap color. Stake through the loop cord on each strap. The only pole section with bends in it is for the vestibule. 6 adults would be quite crowded making the secondary door handy. In the real world it's use will likely be for less. The drawback for large tents is the area needed for a flat site, in this case about 8' x 17'. For me, the zippers are a drawback
with their very small teeth. They should be beefier but time will tell. Otherwise it's cavernous and filled with mesh pockets. 4 guy lines are attached. 2 extras included. The current price makes it a great value for car camping.

About The North Face

Believe it or not, The North Face story didn’t begin on a high-altitude ascent. It actually began in San Francisco at less than 200 feet above sea level. However, what started as a neighborhood mountaineering shop has since evolved into an industry-leading, award-winning outdoor equipment and apparel brand. Since its inception more than 40 years ago, The North Face has grown to include clothing and gear designed for nearly every type of adventure, from alpine skiing to backpacking to trail running. Today, The North Face jackets and pants are chosen by world-class athletes, and The North Face rugged boots help carry explorers through the toughest terrain, from the icy slopes of Everest to Utah’s Green River basin.
