There's zero support and the arm pits are baggy, yet the torso is tight. The description says "medium impact", but it's not even a bra, just a top. I am small busted, but it fit me like wearing a t-shirt braless. I would need to wear a bra under this bra to go out in public.

In terms of sizing, a size Medium is larger in the shoulders (more like a 12-14) and smaller in the midsection and hips (more like a 6-8). I washed it according to the directions, and the top snap fell off on one side of the collar! It separated into two parts. I'm not sure I can fix it. So that's the reason for my title, "disappointing."
