I bought this to use at work and it keeps me extremely warm... Maybe to warm. Makes me sweat! Food product over all. But the ordering process was another story. I accidentally put in the wrong area code for my billing address and it was a pain in order to change it and make sure I received my item. Everyone I talked too was not helpful what so ever. Seemed like they had no idea what to do. Maybe train your call center people better. All they had to do was change my billing area code to the right one so I can be billed promptly for my item.
