Big Agnes customer service was useless in dealing with this. Last Big Agnes product for me after multiple issues for myself and friends.

It has a nice large area, but as it says in the description, it is only 2.5 inches thick, which is pretty thin for a pillow. I see this as being a nice addition to using my jacket (maybe I will wrap my jacket around it for a nice boost in thickness), but I don't think it will be a full replacement. If you're hoping to shed ounces, this might not be worth bringing at all.

Adjustable firmness with twist valve made it easy to soften it a little while my head was on it. I slipped a t-shirt over it, and sleeping worked out just fine.
