Tested it out during our recent cold snap and I was plenty warm! Only complaint is that overall it is narrow through the body. Best if wearing thin warm layers!!

The jacket is well constructed, and the material has a solid feel and lovely, rich color. Unfortunately, it has a poor fit and doesn't seem as if it will be warm enough. My size is at the low end of the suggested fit for a small (32"-35"). The bust was o.k., but the hips had a snug fit (while only wearing a single layer underneath). When trying it on with a warm sweater, fabric bunched under my arms. Also, the horizontal seems above the bust was unflattering ( for me). This coat might be ok for someone who never wears a sweater, lives in a milder climate, and wants a slim fit around the hips.
