Overstock. One side has raised edges to catch juices when you're cutting meats; the other side is flat for chopping dry foods and sliding into the pan. Dexas' Cut and Serve board is made from a stain-resistant composite and features grippy handles that stay put on the counter and are easy to pick up.

I cut up roasted beets on the board and the color just ran off. The board size is great for chopping several items and keeping them to the side until ready to use. The black boarder prevent movement of the board when chopping. So far no knife imprints have been left behind and I use this board alot.
