They rub my ankle bone . They appear well made but are really heavy . I tried heavy socks with special insoles to suck up some of the space to no avail . Now starts the hassle of getting a refund and returning them.

This is the fifth or sixth pair of boots (among numerous other footwear items) I've purchased from Sierra Trading Post. All have been excellent quality boots, including a pair of Asolo Neutrons that produced a hot spot I could not resolve and had to return.
That return was handled easily and quickly by Sierra Customer Support. So, breath easy if you find anything that isn't just right, you'll be taken care of. -

They are a bit narrow, but length fit great! A little bit heavier boots than we thought they'd be, but they will (hopefully) hold up that much longer! Very happy with our purchase so far, 5 stars for sure!!
