Lasted me 7-8 years! Found these about 2-1/2 years ago and bought two pair. One 1 wear (almost) every day and to work, on concrete, they're still holding up as good or better than some fairly high dollar European mountaineering boots that I occasionally wear. The other has about a week of break in time on them. Things to know... soak them and wear them till they dry, old school break-in. They are not "Gortex water proof" but a good coat of "snow seal" or keep them mink oiled regularly, they are fairly close. These are the longest lasting boots I have ever worn.
