    I have owned these boots for a couple of years, and given that I paid around $600 for them I expected that they would last a while. I live in Arizona and dont have much snow or rain to deal with. I realized when I wore them this year that the sole is separating. They are no longer waterproof. They are no longer wearable.

    These are nice boots when they're new but I wore them in New England for one and a half seasons and the sole is coming off AND the heels are shredding in the moisture. They only made it through one winter.
    I paid 300 for the boots thinking it would be worth it to wear a stylish boot that was also weatherproof as claimed. Spend your money elsewhere, for instance on a Frye boot, that has an actual leather heel. I was led to believe that this had the leather heel but it does not. On the other hand if you can afford to spend $300 to $400 on a boot that you like, then I guess the longevity is not an issue for you.

    Soft suede, made in Italy , comfortable and nice looking with skirts or pants. Fit true to size.
