I loved these rain boots when I saw them become available and had to have them. They fit very well. One problem is wearing them with the little amount of support for a long period of time. Changing shoes from rain boots to other shoes after coming out of the rain is more effort than I want. It would be preferable to find something that can be worn for a long period of time. I think these rain boots were pretty close to my needs. I am not sure the construction is for very hard use walking a lot. I think my arches would start hurting. The way they look is very nice and suits me very well. Unfortunately they did not get worn barely at all at the old location.

Overall very happy with this casual shoe. The glittery finish is subtle. My feet are not very wide yet I stretched them a bit at the sides (at ball of foot) to be comfy so I suppose they are on the narrow side. True to size lengthwise. As another reviewer noted the laces are white and not too bad looking but I soaked them in very strong tea for 10 minutes and they came out a beautiful peachy beige colour. I like the look much better.

These shoes have been a real nice surprise. In reading the product description, I had hopes these would be well-made and suitable for city walking. They definitely exceeded my expectation. On sale, the price reduction was a good clue as to the quality of these shoes; original price was exactly right for something like this. Good leather, sized well for the American woman's foot, excellent design for days of long wear, and a basic neutral color. I was impressed with the day-long comfort I got on day 1, right out of the box. There is a removable insole support, so some flexibility in fit for those who are flat-footed (like me) and those who require arch support. These will be excellent travelers, too; suited to endless days of walking tours in cooler weather. They were also quite good on a rainy day. Feet stayed nice and dry, as if I wore leather oxfords. One of my favorite shoe purchases in quite some time.
